By using Geo Photo Pursuit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Geo Photo Pursuit. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
  • Do not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform
  • Do not harass, impersonate, or harm other users
  • Respect the physical locations you photograph — always follow local laws and safety guidelines

Content Licence — Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0

By submitting photos, hunt details, or any other content to Geo Photo Pursuit, you agree to release that content under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence.

This is the same open-content approach used by Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap, and it means:

  • Anyone may share and adapt your content, including for commercial purposes
  • Attribution is required — anyone using your content must credit you as the original contributor
  • ShareAlike is required — any derivative works must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 licence
  • You may not impose additional legal restrictions beyond those in the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence

By contributing content you confirm that:

  1. You are the original creator of the content, or have the right to submit it under CC BY-SA 4.0
  2. The content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
  3. The content does not contain identifiable individuals without their consent

You retain copyright ownership of your contributions. Geo Photo Pursuit is granted a licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the service consistent with the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion.

Disclaimers

Geo Photo Pursuit is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of content. Playing hunts on-location is at your own risk — always prioritise personal safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geo Photo Pursuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Geo Photo Pursuit after changes constitutes acceptance.
